Atalla continued its commitment to giving back to the community through Bakti Sosial Atalla 2026, held from 27–29 August 2026 at Jl. Daan Mogot Prima. Over three days, Atalla provided members of the community with access to free eye examinations, helping people better understand their eye health and vision needs.

The social initiative was created with a simple goal: to make basic eye care and eyewear more accessible to everyone, regardless of age or background.

Free Eye Checks for Everyone

Throughout the three-day event, members of the public were invited to receive a free eye check conducted as part of the Bakti Sosial program. The activity welcomed everyone who wished to have their vision checked, providing an opportunity for participants to identify their vision needs and learn more about the importance of maintaining good eye health.

For many people, access to regular eye examinations can be limited by cost or availability. Through this initiative, Atalla aimed to bring eye care closer to the community and encourage more people to pay attention to their vision.

The strong response from the community demonstrated the importance of accessible eye-care initiatives and the positive impact that simple services can have on everyday life.

Free Sunglasses and Reading Glasses

As part of the program, everyone who participated in the eye check received a free pair of glasses. Depending on their needs and preferences, participants could choose between sunglasses or reading glasses.

This initiative allowed the benefits of the event to go beyond an eye examination. Participants could take home eyewear that could be used in their daily lives, while also experiencing Atalla’s commitment to making eyewear more accessible to the wider community.

Over the course of the event, Atalla distributed approximately 5,000 pairs of glasses free of charge, making the Bakti Sosial program a significant community initiative.

Making a Meaningful Difference

The community service event reflects Atalla’s belief that its role extends beyond manufacturing and supplying eyewear. As Indonesia’s only eyeglass manufacturing company, Atalla is committed to using its resources and expertise to contribute positively to the community.

By combining free eye checks with free eyewear, the initiative addressed both vision awareness and access to glasses, helping thousands of participants take a step toward clearer and more comfortable vision.

The three-day event at Jl. Daan Mogot Prima was a meaningful opportunity for the Atalla team to meet and serve members of the community directly. The large number of participants and approximately 5,000 pairs of glasses distributed demonstrated the strong impact that collective community efforts can create.

Continuing the Commitment

Atalla is proud to have been part of an initiative that brought essential eye-care services and eyewear to thousands of people. The Bakti Sosial 2026 program represents Atalla’s continued commitment to serving the community, promoting better eye health, and making quality eyewear more accessible to everyone.

Atalla looks forward to continuing initiatives that create meaningful social impact and contribute to healthier, clearer vision for communities across Indonesia.
